"The merge with the bigger company seems to be difficult for the employees. Everyone is under stress and is making mistakes here and there."

"I would integrate the different departments by involving them with the company and its goals. Be more organized and focused on the overall picture."

"I liked the work, and most of all, the people. But I enjoyed all the hard work."

"Don't shut your ears; really listen to people. Talk to more people and see what their views are."

"The new CEO didn't know how to run the company. He never talked to people who really did the work."
