"I joined in Samsung Austin R&D Center as Machine Learning Intern in May 2019. Its a great experience for me till now and my internship period ends in January 2020. Under the leadership of manager and mentor, I learned a lot of new things both in the hardware and software domain."

"I like the working environment and benefits. For example, they support breakfast, lunch and dinner as free."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Charismatic people may have a slight advantage in an interview, because their personalities are readily visible. Jump out of that box for the interview; risk a little."

What don't you like about working at Samsung?

"I think that there is no problem.I wanted to live with my family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"First, fairly arrange jobs to employees. Second, fairly evaluate and compensate according to their results."

"Have an open mind going in, and make sure that is where you want to be. It's okay to interview the job while they are interviewing you."

What don't you like about working at Samsung?

"The culture is getting bad. Too many people are trying to find what others are doing wrong and not focusing in doing their job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage people to do work, and not to get out of doing work."
