If you ask someone if they can work on their day off and they say no, do not tell them okay, and then on their next day into work you write them up for not being a team player, even though it was always the same people working and the people in the management's INNER CIRCLE were never there."

"I have worked for Samsung Austin Semiconductor for 1.5 years and it has became a very independent style of work over the years. It seems that people are reluctant to teach/learn from each other and knowledge sharing was not practiced often."
"I've worked for SAS for a year and a half as a Systems Engineer. The atmosphere is a friendly environment, and the people are wonderful. Though, the workload is overwhelming and projects are not streamlined."
"Worked at SAS since 2011. Lower managers are usually good, but upper management is incredibly disconnected from the rest of the company. Work life balance is not great, but seems to be getting somewhat better. Most engineers are in their early 20s which is a plus for new graduates. Possibly the worst systems ever created. Days are often spent fighting the ridiculous system limitations and bureaucracy."
"I have worked for Samsung for 3 years. Great opportunity to develop my skills. Mentored several engineers and have grown and been promoted within my department based on the success of my teams and equipment metrics. I believe I have reached a point where more promotions are difficult to achieve due to cultural barrier. In addition the work life balance has not been good for several months now."
"Fun company to work for. Nice location. Very high tech. Competitive salary."
