"I liked everything - my manager and my co-workers. It was great, and of course I liked my customer service."

"Management comes from above. I strongly believe customer service is important, & management needs practice too."

What do you like about working at Adidas?
"I like assisting customers and providing exceptional customer service on the sales floor. I like the discounts at the store and Reebok."

"Ask specific questions about what Adidias will offer you as of hours and pay. It is not the type of retail environment to be a part of for anyone who has worked in commissioned sales prior."
What don't you like about working at Adidas?
"I disliked the lack of proper management and poor scheduling of hours. Some individuals are underpaid and non-commission, and full-time is only offered to managers. Also, there is no room for company advancement and a huge lack of integrity and professionalism!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to work on being more professional. Listen to your sales associates, and take advantage of associates' skills. Stop with the favoritism of sales associates, learn to communicate effectively with your associates, and help more on the sales floor with the team, instead of sitting in the office talking about nothing and eating snacks!"
What do you like about working at Best Buy?
"Good place to work. No complaints at all. Just good overall. Good place to start."

"Good company to start career. Be your own and be confident. You will do good then."

"None. You guys treat employees well. I was glad I worked for the company who appreciates employees."

"Great pay through holidays only.Pretty good discount."

"Everyone gets hired."
What don't you like about working at Conn's?
"New employees come in just about every other week, so if you cant hack it expect to be replaced. You must meet your quota, in a low volume store, this is impossible. Online credit apps are hush hush which is 60% of buisness, they dont let you in the system, probably the worst thing since sales are your job security. If customer signs their signature weird or if they forget, they make you drive to their house to get it, if you dont they dock your pay. If you work at a low volume store like I did, expect to barely make quota during the holidays, if its not the holidays forget about it, find another job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give access to online applications to all employees, or store level managers. STOP HIRING EMPLOYEES ON A WEEKLY BASIS. The 'up' system needs to be revamped. Stop the sales meetings 20 miles away, the videos are enough. Instead of having your SENIOR management come check out the stores have them ask employees their opinions on things."

"The truth is that I really did enjoy my position, It wasnt waht I was looking for in as my career."

"The managers and supervisors don't have many faults as they all worked vey well as a team with everyone inthe company. As to regional mangers I would say to be more understanding and fair to the little guys."
