"I was with Boise for 9 years and flet like I had hit the celiling with where I was going. I was able to get quite a pay increase when I left"

"Just listen to employees and look at the salaries. They seemed to be under the average for the salaried positions from what I found out after leaving the company"

"I enjoyed the other people I worked with and my store manager and one of the assistant managers"

"Be honest in your interviews. The benefits are very good and the company will take try and take care of you because the owner is a concerned about the low level employee."
What don't you like about working at Brooks Brothers?
"The company didn't seem to take the suggestion of the low level employee seriously enough, the management tactics of the higher level managers were based on intimidation and fear tactics, using threats of termination to try and improve results."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest that the managers get reviewed annually by their subordinates and that be used in the determination of any raises or promotions."

"The Employees non management The Commission made from sales and doing well at sales. It was not a job where one can stand there to collect a paycheck, You have to earn it."

"Management was incompetent. Way too much micro-managing and when 7 people have conflicting interests on the same topic..."

"Make more effective use out of those meetings, set up a standard protocol for operations"

"I was a coach specialist in college and I absolutely loved working with fashion. The people were friendly and the atmosphere was very professional."

"Just be yourself. Easygoing and professional."

"The wages were entry level and for my education level I could have found a better paying position. However, I wanted a part time job close to home while I finished pharmacy school."

"Sales experience. We had to wear a shirt, tie and dress pants, and talk to people all day."

"If someone returned their phone our commission was deducted."
