"I enjoyed working for Claudia Boyer and have the up most respect for her adversity and hard work. She is a great role model and I really learned a lot from her. In order to work up the chain into management one would had to resign."

"Treat all employees the same, if you allow some leeway to one, all should have."

"Be prepared to learn how to work for a first class company and learn some great sales techniques. Make sure you understand how to close sales, there are some great sales associates with this company."

"Only thing that I didn't like about Best Buy was the times when certain customers would give you an attitude even when you treated them with respect."

"Continue to do what has made them successful, as it has allowed them to survive during these tuff times."

"Was great buy no longer. It needs to go back to the old culture. Need new HR."

"Good location to work from. The people doing the work are good employees. There is a lot of change gong on. If you like change then this is the place for you."

"Ask a lot of questions. Meet with future colleagues. Think carefully before making the choice. Pay increases are not very good so get a good starting salary"
What don't you like about working at Danfoss?
"The benefits and culture and changing in the wrong direction. The management at the top are more concerned about the bottom line and bonuses than the people."

"You need to spend some time focusing on your employees instead of yourselves. It seems that HR is no longer cares for the employees but is jost on a power trip."
What don't you like about working at Fry's?
"Just make money, if you know how to make money you should work at Fry's, that's all."

"Pay was low, late hours required every week. Required to work during holidays, minimal time off (vacation)."

"umm I didnt really liked the job but I liked meeting new people and the fact that I had a job."

"everthing, they didnt really pay good and had no hours and I felt that they treated me unfair."

"I ready dont know but I would say get a boss to run the store"

"Try to be more personal to your employees, talk to them a little more. Find out what is working and not working."

"Just know the basic of auto parts like, tune up parts, breaks. these are the main parts that sell a lot in this business."

"They should hire managers from within in the company who have a goof experience in auto parts business."
