"Have a better vision for the company, be able to explain that vision to the entire company. Also have the correct manager in place, if the department is a technical department, have a technical manager."

"One of the most common complaints made by engineers, is that they are assigned to work on a specific project, however, without any documentation or guidance to perform their tasks. My greatest difficulty was trying to complete an assigned project in which the requirements were constantly changing."

"I liked the experience. I was exposed to a good amount of engineering processes. It helped me understand how most companies work and operate."

"There was minimal work at times for interns, which led some of us to be bored."

"Always have something for the interns. Shadowing engineers is a great way to give us insights to what it is engineers do."

"Put honest and competence middle level management in place. Establish (unofficial) communication channels so the workers' voices can be heard by senior management. Removed incompetent and dishonest elements (at all levels)."
