"Don't. Rockwell Collins is a hire and fire company with hiring binges and layoff binges. They have behavioral interviews. They are by far the worst company I have ever worked for from a middle and upper management standpoint."

"Upper management will lay off to get their bonus. Upper management is worthless. The company is a hire and fire company with hiring binges and layoff binges. Will lay off people who were recently hired. Willing to let loose cannons screw things up and then give it to good people who then have to scramble to fix it. Have put out military flight hardware that doesn't meet specifications. Middle and upper management is dishonest and incompetent."

"Fire yourselves, you are worthless. Other than that, you should follow the company's published values. Stop hiring H1B's. Be loyal to your employees."
