"Not pay lip service to work/life balance. Also, would allow for those who can work remotely to actually do so, without having issues."

"Environment is not productive. Some bad people spoiled the workplace and they stay there forever, thanks to their seniority. The middle management is in crisis."

"Put honest and competence middle level management in place. Establish (unofficial) communication channels so the workers' voices can be heard by senior management. Removed incompetent and dishonest elements (at all levels)."
