What don't you like about working at Robert Half?
"When I was hired as a consultant , I was told that I would be getting the great experience that I needed to sit for my CPA exam. It turns out that you are just a money making machine, and the recruiters will send you to whatever low-level job they can get their hands on. You can be an experienced accountant or analyst, but if they can only find an assignment where you file documents, that is where they send you. They also promise trainings, but they only have some books online that if you kept your books from college, you really do not need their website at all. The recruiters tell you what you want to hear while you are with the client, and it does not matter to them whether the client is being unprofessional or not with you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that they only hire recruiters with finance and accounting experience. The recruiters that they have now are trained to sell and have no idea how to match your skills with the job order. They are basically used car sales people."

"The job itself was a wonderful learning experience, but I was promised a lot of things from Robert Half and they never gave me a straight story. Like, I was told the job would turn permanent with benefits after one month and it went on for many, many more months, and nothing. If someone is just looking for work experience this might be a good place for them, but if you want healthcare and a long-term job, maybe not."
