"I dislike the lack of communication. You are on your own, so you had to make sure you documented what you did and your interaction with the clients."

"Trust your employees, as they are trying to do a good job for you, and at times they are getting the raw end of the deal."

"Very good - it's the starting point of my professional career. I appreciate having this kind of working experience."

"Talk less, work more, and don't expect to become very rich by working for a staffing agent."

What don't you like about working at Robert Half?

"Pay is kind of low, only $12/hr, with no benefits at first, and growth opportunity is very limited. Sometime, the working hours are not flexible. However, as I said, it's a starting point. I didn't expect to achieve everything at one-shoot."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should listen more to feedback from employees. We are a working team, and the only goal is to make work perfect. Management should/needs to think more for their workers."
