"During my interview I gave my availability of being able to close 2 nights a week and was told that they do the schedule 3-4 weeks in advance. When I started they then decided to have me close 5 nights a week while the favorite employees got to work dayshift which was not fair. They also only do the schedule week by week and the schedule came out Friday or Saturday for the following Sunday-Saturday. No work/life balance here I couldn't schedule what I needed to and when I had appointment they threw a fit about working my schedule around them."
