"It gave me some opportunity where I could cover multiple locations in two different states."

"If they make you an offer, go back and ask for 15-20% more. If they refuse to budge, walk away."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"Multiple reasons....the biggest is that senior management was untrustworthy and had no clear cut strategy other than to sell copier equipment and to get their bonus. Employees were treated miserably here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your self centered."
