I enjoyed my co-workers, however we were coerced into a telecommuting environment that was not subsidized by the company. I did not like the management style of my direct manager, due to the lack of care for the morale of his team. That lackluster attitude directly affected my work in this role. I was in the top 3 in Sales prior, and once here, did not perform to the best of my ability. And, a pay cut every single year."
