"If you need a high stress, temporary job where you don't get to have a life anymore, this of the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"They don't tell you during class that you have to hit all your numbers or your fired. There is large turnover there because of it. You try to resolve customer problems and it takes time. Sometimes because they watch your time, you miss things and move the customer on, he'll call next month. You're monitored for stupid things, like you're a kid."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ease up. Give the reps time and tools to do their jobs. Stop selling crap phones and you won't need so many retention centers."

"It was good environment with excellent people. I learned a lot about treating the customer and the decision making process."

"Not much room for advancement"

"To provide more opportunities for internal positions for internal employees."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at MBNA/Bank of America and was saddened when they decided to close the department. I saw myself climbing the corporate ladder within the organization and working there for many many years."
What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"It was a large, stable, established company with offices all around the country. They appreciated their employees and made the working environment professional and enjoyable."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"When MBNA merged with Bank of America they decided to pull the Mortgage Department from Beachwood, causing a mass layoff."
