"If you need a high stress, temporary job where you don't get to have a life anymore, this of the place for you."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"They don't tell you during class that you have to hit all your numbers or your fired. There is large turnover there because of it. You try to resolve customer problems and it takes time. Sometimes because they watch your time, you miss things and move the customer on, he'll call next month. You're monitored for stupid things, like you're a kid."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ease up. Give the reps time and tools to do their jobs. Stop selling crap phones and you won't need so many retention centers."
