The new computer program that has not improved the effectiveness of customer service representatives."
"Although I am very comfortable with extensive travel to support my position (point of reference: I logged 157 days business travel in 2012), airport delays and forced overnight stays are my least favorite thing. Second would be customers not honoring previously agreed meeting day/time commitments, especially when air travel is involved. My favorite aspect is building relationships with new and existing customers."

"Horrible. Constant lies and shifting of stories from management."
What do you like about working at Johanson Technology?
"Good opportunity, in the past. Nice building, when the AC works. Easy job: sit and wait for the phone to ring or email to come over."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Honestly, look elsewhere. There are still some good companies in and around Camarillo. Most of them better than Johanson. My new job is less than a mile up the same street."
What don't you like about working at Johanson Technology?
"Lots of backstabbing. Very low self esteem from most of management and they continuously berate people. HR is absolutely useless to all but a select few. No one, especially the outside sales, takes any responsibility. Production people are all viewed as second class."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start actually working for the company instead of just wining and dining your buddies."

"micromanagement, back stabbing, ran like a high school cheer leading squad, commission based"

"people don't stay here for long for a good reason and it isn't the people leaving, get a clue the magament sucks"
