"My suggestion would be to always work as a team and never allow politics to hinder you from doing what is right for the customer."

"I enjoy the customers and my ability to set a large percentage of schedule. The product is fundamentally good and the company generally has a good reputation in the industry."

"Yes, do not interview. They have closed sveral divisions over the last couple of months."

"This was a start up company and the owners truely did not understand this business and did not fund it the way in which they stated they would. They have had considerable financial problems."

"I have had no problems with the manager of this division. We worked very well together."

"management team were mostly relatted to each other - would not receive input very well"

"Work out of my home. Minimal oversight. am allowed to set my own schedule."

"One hour daily conference calls Monday thru Thursday's. Friday's, conference calls are two hours."

"Cut back on the conference calls. Currently, 25% of work week spent on them."
