"The sale of the company to a Swiss owner. The new owner purchased the company for the plant facility and not product growth support."

"Experience what goes on in each market. Spend some time to learn your customers"

"Managed the entire NE region. Worked with Distributors to improve sales growth, trade shows, demo presentations, executing sales, working with sales team to gain profitability and conducting serious 5.7MM pipeline report executing 75% of business."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"To do the total investigation on the company when I was hired the VP of operations said the first thing that the company is going down, then they introduced me to another boss which never interviewed. Horrible hotel accommodation and training was very poor and absolute horrible"
What don't you like about working at T3 Motion?
"structure in the business plan was very poor, the expenses were always late to give to us about 3-4 months, our paychecks were bounced several times it was very hard to know that T3 motion struggle paying employees knowing we were all working extremely hard for the company. CEO was a horrible motivator and spokes man,"

"Super Steel has a fast paced environment in a growing metals fabrication industry."

"Ask as many questions as you can and know the industry well."

"The company has growing pains and needs to hire more employees."

"Upper management needs to spend more time on the fabrication floor and listen to the workers needs. Not negatively, just real needs to perform better."

What do you like about working at North American Trailer?
"I am a people person and love business to business sales. You must be able to wear different hats. One day you will talk to a CEO and the next an employee that works on a loading dock. A very diversified clientel."

"No I do not have any tips for this business, but if you like business to business sales the field is wide open."
What don't you like about working at North American Trailer?
"Unfortunately price is a factor with trailer leasing and rentals. There is a lot of competitors out there but you need to be able to sell yourself to be successful."

"Unfortunately the company has sold and I do not have any suggestions."

"Independence and self intiatiated bonus's. No one looking over my shoulder and rewarded for hard work and sales. Drove sales from birth to final sale and followed it to the end user."

"Check out its total financials and ownership status to assure yourself of its stability"

"Its International exposure and is publicly held by Europeans which I believe weakened its position to US owned competitors."

"The branch staff was strong and local management tried to bring a team atmosphere."

"Just be honest and do your best. Norandex does have some very good people left."

"Upper management needs to open there eyes to what the reality of the economy is."

"Get out in the field and see what is happening. Not all branches can be ran the same and the products have to vary. No cookie cutters."
