"I would not recommend working for Dell at this time. This company is struggling to find its place in the market, and is extremely slow to react to market conditions. Processes are cumbersome and there doesn't seem to be any interest in fixing issues or bettering them. Layer up on layer of sales reps make it confusing for the customer on who they should be actually dealing with at any given time. Territory changes are a constant and customers suffer because of it."
