"Customer budgets are weak and the sales/decision cycle time is very long. Usually about 12 to 18 months."

"No new products, this solution is loosing its apeal on its own. Management is attempting to resolve this issue."

"The company sells to the Public Sector and the sales cycles will be longer than dealing with the Private Sector."

"Company is UK based and doesn't appear to want to make the investment in the US as is needed."

"Be careful of selling yourself short on initial compensation. Merit increases are far a few between. If going into a sales role be conscious of the ever changing quotas which will affect your total earnings."

"The support and lack of internal communication. Lack of initiative from internal stakeholders and lack of customer concern."
