"The people in Support Positions do everything they can to keep my customers happy and me in F-2-F selling situations vs. having to correct Problems by myself. The company management and office/manufacturing are excellant !!!"

"There is no vision, growth plan or direction. A Japanese company that tries to market and sell products here in the USA as they do in Japan. There is no forethought to this marlet."

"Use the technology in place at the company to develop new ideas, products, etc. Become part of the innovative marletplace we are trying to sell oour legacy products in."

"Great technology and potential; majority of people are hard-working and want the company to be successful"

"Look elsewhere. The goals and commissions promised to you will change. The average tenure of a sales person is less than a year."

"High turnover rate (approximately 68%) within a year. Policies are not upheld and commission are changed frequently without regard to hiring agreements."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The organization had potential. However, there has been so much change in the last three years I am afraid that it will never reach it's full potential. The company has lost credibility with many physicians due to the ongoing turnover. The company cannot be run like a Taiwainese organization in the US. Too many good people have been lost. Allow reasonable growth time for goals. They cannot be a whim. Listen."

"It was a small company which got sold to pay for other compaines our paent held."

"The solid future vision and outstanding management support. Very much a team player atmosphere. The products and services were leading edge and provided excellent client satisfaction."

"Be honest and forthright. It would be important during the course of the interview to be clear that you work well in a team environment."

"Extensive travel! My job consisted of an average of 70% travel in the Western states to include CA, NV, AZ, NM and HI."

"Narrow sales territories (they have). My terriory included five states and it was too large to manage it optimally."

"Managing and directing an internal and external sales staff. Being able to create and implement sales and marketing programs. Taking available resources and creating the tools to overcome obstacles."

"Be honest with the information you provide, if you have to mis lead someone to get the job it isnt a good fit in the first place."

"Following my return from my European assignment there is not a lot of room for advancement due to current management structure and staff in place."

"Ask questions and listen to staff before beginning a major project to improve buy in. Remove upper management silos and lead by example"

"three reorganizations in the last year, a lot of turmoil in the structure. Below average capped earnings for middle management types."
