"At the time was unable to get out of test engineering without quitting the company. Treated like I didn't have a degree. Was relatively low pay."

"Think very hard before pursuing a job at NCS."

"Morale of many staff low to very low. Technical director a glory hog -- kept interesting work for himself. Very cynical corporate culture. Under bid to win contracts / slip dead lines then / work massive over time to show customer they're working real hard to fix it. Never worked anyplace before where staff were actually rooting for failure project."

"Develop some management/ leadership skills."

"Don't sell yourself short to get a position, there are a lot of very talented people at Raytheon, but make sure to let them know you are one of them."

"Senior management has a couple of issues surrounding product line, currently reorganizing."

"Stick with the type of contracts that have worked in years past. Don't have to be the prime on everything."
