"Morale of many staff low to very low. Technical director a glory hog -- kept interesting work for himself. Very cynical corporate culture. Under bid to win contracts / slip dead lines then / work massive over time to show customer they're working real hard to fix it. Never worked anyplace before where staff were actually rooting for failure project."
