"I worked for a subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics and I found this company (DLO) to be one of the most uncomfortable, good old boy, family unfriendly companies I've ever worked for."

"While I was there the District Director (similar to a CEO) had changed 3 times. The employees are very unhappy and if you are a women and don't play golf and in management, you don't have a chance for advancement within this organization."

"I loved my boss Abra, she was willing to teach and you were able to advance."

"I felt that Management was good in their field of work, however they had no training in managing others."

"Management style is very unique. Erratic polices and brash management styles make this a very negative and stressful environment. The work and personal life balance is nil. Expectation for performance and management are poor and lack respect for the employee."

"Create an environment of trust and respect for all. Begin with good training and coaching of new hires and promotions. Suggest utilizing leadership skills which incorporate the manager to lead by example rather than by fear."
