What suggestions do you have for management?
"1. Stop acting like you care about eeo/aap when you lay off black exempt/non exemp employees in the CA area. (Check on NoCA HR Director and ask her why with only four (4) black managers in NoCA she laid of two (2) of them. One was the C/S Mgr with 20 plus years with QD and the HR Manager with 3+ years. 2. Stop acting like you care about employment of age 65 yrs plus when they are the first to be laid off. 3. Why are the same management team (that was with Unilab) still in charge and treating employees poorly. 4. Fear is the rule of the day (everyone needs a job and that is what keep everyone in place). 5. Better communication with your people (sr level)."
