"Political, too much blame discourage innovation and teamwork. Hostility between departments. No explanation given to other employee when someone got fired (create fear)."

"Reduce politic in work place. Reduce too much reliance on accountability (people are afraid of making decision). Teamwork among department instead of blames."

What do you like about working at Ford Motor?
"It is very nice to be a part of Ford Motor Company. There is always professional growth in one's career as there is ample opportunity to explore many other fields that are congruent with one's nature of work. Also, at regular stages training is provided for enhancing specific skills."

"In my opinion, it would be better if Ford Motor Company decrease their product lines."

"Ryan Associates may not be the best pay or opportunity, but all the people are kind and intelligent. Sometimes telecommuting is allowed. They are flexible and caring as far as construction companies go."

"Exposure to varied projects large small, and all areas of construction. Also invaluable estimating experience."

"The structure of Winter in Tampa made it diffuclt at times to develope solid relationships with subcontractors and vendors. These relationships would could benefit the current and future projects."

"The immediate management in Tampa was replaced and I did not get to know thwe overall management in the home office."
