"Lack of focus and planning from the management. Never planned projects or resources, or consider human impacts of outrageous requests."

"Spend time planning and looking at necessary resource level in the early stages of projects and programs. Use a fact based employee rating, feedback, and compensation program to reward and praise effect employees. The lack of management commitment puts unnecessary stress and load on good employees and allows slackers to exist."

"If you must take the job, be prepared for 60+ weeks. Plan for how you will go to the doctor, get your car repaired, etc.. They won't give you any time for that and they will make you feel guilty taking time off for anything."

"Opressive management."

"Leave project engineering to project engineers --- don't dump it on the production engineers. Start investing in an MOC and continuous improvement plan."
