"Work ethics. People meddle into things unnecessarily and also the managers are quite a pain. There is a lot of politics going around all the time and managers waste their time in that."

"You have to show that you are willing to grow with this company and you are skillful on CAD and microstation. You don't request a high salary."

"What this company needs is a mid-level engineer but not project management. The average employee stays in the company only for getting experience. Only the H-1 visa emplyee got to stay a longer time"

"Could not get promoted or pay raise. Everyone there made more money that I did by 100%"

"Keep raises moving with gain in experience. Never tell an engineer that he can be treated like dirt because he is a local hire."
