"The Japanese staff, their culture and the willingness to share knowledge and experience"

"Go somewhere else! There is very little real electronics design done in the US. There is a severe disconnect between supervisors, staff, and HR personnel."

"Unqualified supervisors, unclear company direction, very long hours, many meetings scheduled between 8 pm and 11pm."

"To verify the education and previous work experience of all personnel. Develop ways to determine the best fit for their employees, work to understand different groups of the population and make accommodation as necessary"

"I didn't appreciate the prison-like atmosphere. I'm not saying that a person can't come or go, but the company takes a dim view of any levity or talk."

"Be honest and be yourself. This is one of the few large companies out there that values people for the overall depth and experience they bring to the table."
