"Actually got to work in a number of areas. Most of staff are pleasant people. They gave me the ability to work from home so I could handle a tough family situation."

"Like so many other industries reeling from economic challenges, the company has undergone several restructurings and it has taken its toll on the staff."

"Honestly, I think they are trying all the right things."

"Don't throw away your career for something as stupid as drugs or drinking. There is a surprising amount of Airmen who waste a good thing this way."

"There are a lot of rules, ceremonies, and restrictions that go with the honor of wearing the uniform."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust the younger members more. Give them more responsibility. You would be surprised at what they can accomplish if given the freedom to do it. Also, listen to them when they offer their opinion or advice on a situation, especially when it comes to technology."

"I had just graduated from TAMU, so it was nearby, and I'd been working there as a student, so I was familiar with the environment."

"Lots of meetings of the cultural sensitivity sort. And I mean LOTS of them. Also, complex office politics."
