What do you like about working at Hertz?
"At the time Hertz used to be what I called a stable job, and good environment to work in."

"Good luck hope your job doesn't get out sourced. The moral is low there."
What don't you like about working at Hertz?
"Now that they have had so many layoffs and they keep lying to their people. I wouldn't want to go back to work there or for that matter recommend any one to work there. Hard to advance and project leader showed favoritism."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop lying to your employees that their job is safe and they wont be out sourced. By the way I think it is a bad idea to out source."
What do you like about working at Wipro?
"Motivation to get more certifications. I completed two certifications. Motivation in use of new technologies and different domains. Chances to get onsite opportunity by the new onsite-offshore rotation idea."

"It is their individual thoughts and experience."
What don't you like about working at Wipro?
"WIPRO is excellent working place, and it all depends on the personal experience of an individual about his likes and don'ts. As far as my concern I was good at Wipro."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It would be great if management gets involved, if not with individual level at least with 3 to 5 member group level so that the developer/sr developer may get a chance to get motivated or to provide their ideas."

"This is a place where the management plays practical jokes and you can play jokes on them, BUT.. wear a good suit and tie for the interview. Don't be sloppy."

"I liked working closely with other departments such as QA and Tech Support. I also really liked my co-workers since they were great people as well as employees."

"Get the clock question right on the entry test! I got a 100% on the test and it went a long way."

"I didn't think there was much opportunity to learn things outside my small scope of responsibility. I wanted to branch out and learn more."

"Practice your interview tips and knowing the company background, and dress oppropriately for the interview and just be yourself and make new friends at the interview. Answer all the questions to the best that you how. And also ask questions from the employer."

"I felt I didn't have enough company training or participation on their behalf to launch a great opportunity that I was working toward professionally and financially."

"I got to have a vision of present phase of the company (operations, management, financial mangement, inventory, customer/clients relations) and building a strong trusted relationship with other businesses and clientile."

"Expect to be transferred with zero notice. Expect to work 12 hours per day normally, 18 hours during crunch."

"It's a sweat shop. Of all Amdocs locations, Champaign is considered the most brutal."

"Do not use Indian management techniques on Americans."
