"We were paid on an hourly basis and were compensated for overtime."

"My experience is based on conditions roughly 20 years ago. Hopefully working conditions and opportunities have changed in that time period"

"There is a great sense of fulfillment working for your country. I have been able to have a stable environment for me and my family. I have also almost completed my degree while I work in the Air Force."

"At times it is difficult to progress in my current position. Personal career growth can become stagnant."

"Always listen to those who work for you. The best ideas almost always come from those who are closer to the problem you are trying to tackle."
