"The high management have a little lack of future prevention, some times you have to think a little more into the future, instead of leading today, just after the day have passed."

"Just to clarify, in stead of Brigham Young this should be Quomation Insurances. BYU was my college, not an employment. But I really like my co-workers here, we get along great."

"Theres a test you have to take after the interview, be smart on it."

"The work is a little too mundane and repetitive for me. Its not very fulfilling."

"More emphasis on Goals. More opportunity to find variation in daily tasks."

"I was able to use the skills I had to create software; which I loved. The people were great and I really learned a lot."

"If you don't mind working like a dog....work here."

"There was no room for growth. Being salaried, they worked you to death."

"Cap salaried employees to a maximum of 50 hours a week.....no over 100 hours."
