"Even though it was a high paced manufacturing environment, it had a down home atmosphere."

"One of the things that I enjoyed about working for this company is the fast paced environment. It required that I always meet my production numbers in order for the company to always have excellent ROI numbers."
What don't you like about working at Wild Rocket Foods?
"I was very dissapointed that they had to downsize and were bought by Fresh and Easy there fore causing many layoffs from the Distribution Center."

"Due to them always maintaining the morale up it allowed for supervisors and employees like myself to always give 110%."

"Great pay, I would go back if they would let me, be ready to work... ALOT"

"Sometimes you have to expect more out of the managers, and cut the front line supervisors some slack"

"The guys on the floor provide the motivation to always remain 110% committed. They perform some of the hardest and most dangerous manual labor I've ever witnessed, and they go the extra mile for me on a daily basis. I often refer to them as my inspiration to push myself to greater heights in my own career."
What don't you like about working at Gopher Resource?
"There does not appear to be any position in upper executive management, where my talents can be utilized. For a person with the level of determination I have, this can be somewhat discouraging."

"To work on a realistic succession plan in order to retain top level talent in the plant."
