"The company grew from 200 employees to over 1500. We had one customer only and needed to meet the needs of this one customer. This required constant change and constant ways to reduce cost and increase production. We were accountable for our decisions."

"Be honest, but sell yourself. You are your own unquie brand. You need to set yourself apart from others"

"The support needed to acomplish specific goals or tasks was not always available. This caused feelings of frustration, but also gave additional satisfaction when goal or task still got accomplished."

"Do the best to suport goals or task. Remember to hold each person accountable. Reward those who do well and support those that need extra guidance."

"all new management don't know how everthing is going right now, I know that they working on gettting better"

"Be honest, yourself and plan on working hard. It will pay off, it may take time but they do their people right in the long run. But don't plan on getting rich."
