What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?
"The incompetence in some levels of management and the harassment that occurs within their manufacturing facilities. Everyone knows about the harassment and they just pass it off as it is just the plant. Grown men who are very well paid screaming curse words, threatening to kill people, and spitting in your face is beyond unacceptable. People should not endure this kind of abuse regardless of skill set. Many highly skilled people shy away from this company due to the verbal abuse in the plants, and the blatant favoritism of certain individuals in their staffing sectors. Unless there are some serious changes, their market share will continue to deteriorate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please do not demand that employees need to be highly educated and sophisticated with skills when the management is not. Continuous improvement should be instituted not only with the processes but also with personnel development. Nepotism should not be allowed if it empowers incompetence."
