What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Flex place available. Diverse workforce. Some flexibility in what you do (though not enough) to accomplish your job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get your experience and move on. Be likable... for some reason managers care more about whether they like you than they do about whether you are qualified for a job. Be ready for a cliquey environment where the ol' boy club pretty much gets what they want and the others get dumped on."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Hard workers who shine get rewarded with more work, while others sit around and talk for hours on end. If you reach your objectives, management will make it harder to continue to produce good results. Management will continue to add to your job while raising the bar. Promotions happen to the ol' boy club not to those who necessarily deserve it. If you work too hard, they will hold you back. Not really a team environment, even though they call it one. Compensation package (pay, benefits) below average and good employees are starting to move to other companies. Finance their profitability growth on the backs of their salaried workforce and keep taking things away. Won't afford the same opportunities to similarly qualified internal employees that are available to people off the street. Poor managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"While I am appreciative of the opportunity you gave me to work for you, the mentality that PepsiCo is the only place to work in town is only going to give good workers an attitude problem. Promote by competence instead of politics. Quit letting departments dump their work on other departments. Quit taking away from your employees to pad your bottom line."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue being a company that is family based. Continue caring about your employees and their families. You are unique and well respected."

"Culture, team making, US multinational, benefits, work criteria, attitude towards work, compensation, medical, necessary amenities."
