"If you are desperate and need a job, it's a good place to get some experience. If you can put up with their micro management and failure to heed warnings on bad decisions you will fit right in."

"Sometimes when a company goes public they start worrying more about their investors and less about their employees and customers. That is what is currently going on at eBay/PayPal and why I want to find new employment."

"Stop trying to implement fad management styles and go back to simple quantitative measurements to determine who is doing a good job. Go back to hiring quality applicants and stop trying to make diamonds from dirt."
