"In depth interview process. There is a focus on whether the candidate is a good cultural fit"

"It's not a huge company - so there is not a lot of support staff. Not necessarily a negative."

"I really like the focus on servant leadership. Continue to hire great people."

"It was a great work environment. Management had an open-door policy. I felt valued as an employee."

"I didn't like the corporate aspect of Capital One. I did not like that management did not advise that we would be laid off but were needed to retrain staff."

"Be honest with your employees, and trust that your employees will be loyal."

"Good group of talented people. Lots of different backgrounds and experiences."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unless you're in Mexico or Asia, you're only likely to be interviewed as a temp, who makes up a majority of the workforce and gets released and called back time and time again."
What don't you like about working at Rosemount Analytical?
"Talented people don't last long. Pay isn't very good, company has deep pockets but is tight on pay and thrives on off-shoring/near-shoring. Lack of leadership from the executive and senior management level. MBA does not equal leadership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Become effective and involved, realize that just because you have an MBA doesn't grant you respect or working knowledge. These are earned and developed through actions."
