"It is being gradually shut down due to owner's age and health so that the staff is too small; I miss the teamwork but agreed to stay on and have no complaints."

"The only things I didn't like was the lack of growth potential because the company had not reached the phase where growth was possible and the fact that our division was shut down."

"Not to fall back on the same decision methods they were used to because this was a young, growing industry that needed more foresight."

"The very best advice I can give to anyone applying for any positin at national is to look elsewhere."

"I was micro managed and given tasks that should have been done by my subordinates. the VP had too many high school buddies working there that were not capable of doing the job."

"Allow management to manage what they were hired for. Get competent staff to do the job they were hired for instead of expecting others to cover for their incopetence."

"All too often folks would appear for an interview with me for a driving position dressed dressed in jeans and a t-shirt: big mistake! Dress as the professional you wish to be seen as."

"There was very little that I didn't like about Flagship, however, if I was to pick one thing it would be the some of the unrealistic expectations regarding work load and the time that it takes to get certain tasks done."

"Hire a new sales person and a new operations person rather than simply redistribute the work load. The folks there are already overwhelmed by their work load without adding to it."
