"You must have a positive attitude to work with Coinstar. Understand that you'll be part of an organization that is growing fast and moving quickly. A lot will be asked of you but the rewards will be good."

"Sometimes I feel the group is a bit too forward thinking. We concentrate on hitting a milestone two or three years from now but forget we need to improve our processes today."
