"Get a good salary! You will get screwed on you bonus. When I hit my sales numbers they would raise my quota the next month to make it harder to hit. Not the next year which I could understand, but the next month or the next quarter!!! When I was not hitting my numbers because they re-raised my Quota, they would say too bad, better luck next quarter! BAD business, OfficeMax. This info is from a rep who was a two time rep of the year for OfficeMax!"

"I don't feel they have a good Idea of how to compete in this market."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have realistic growth expectations, Stop setting goals that you know you can't hit. All this does is kill the spirit of your sales force when they get their check and they know they never had a shot at hitting their goals."

"I had a great team to work with the first couple of years. They have a very good YTO plan, but other benefits are adequate at best."

"Get as much as you can now, because once you are inside, your annual merit increases will be very minimal (if any at all). Find out quickly who thinks like you do. There are those individuals who 'drink the lemonade' and be careful around them."

"Company direction is in constant flux. Management really out of touch with reality. Severe lack of vision on upper management's part. They change their professional direction at least 3 times a year."
