"I worked at OfficeMax beginning in 2018 and loved the client-focused business model instilled in all employees from the bottom-up. This created a culture where our team focused on our guests while building cohesiveness within our store. Overall a great learning experience."

I have seen great experiences and bad experiences from other associates here. However, be prepared because it is still the customer services industry and people, and if you are not used to it it may take some adjustment."

"Very discriminatory company. Only supports management in all capacity to protect the company even when management (senior leadership) was a repeat offender on discrimination, bullying and harassment. They allow management to marry within the organization. Upon escalation the CEO completely ignored such a serious issue. I would recommend never shopping at the new Office Depot or working at this company. Such a horrible group of leaders, they all should be picking up garbage for a living."

"Mismanaged company from top down with management not willing to listen to employees. There are plenty of temporary solutions done that never get addressed or fixed. Management not willing to do upgrades, fix or improvements of any kind."

The manager leaves a lot to be desired and together with the supervisors, they create an extremely toxic and Hitler-driven environment. They do not treat the employees with dignity and respect."
