"Don't. They lay off every year in masses. They work you to death and appreciate nothing."

"There is a lot of the not-my-job going on, management constantly changes their minds and there is a lot of waste of money, no $ for employees, a lot of rah-rah and no substance to back it up. Employees all disgruntled."

"Get rid of the management who do nothing (especially in IT) and stop keeping those that are brown noses but are not leaders."
