"The company does not pay much attention or seem to care about employee satisfaction and morale. They make an effort, but it's not working and not enough. The lavish company party is great, but the rest of the year is ho-hum."

"If I were running the show I'd additionally focus more on morale and employee happiness."

"The schedule because we work two days until 9pm I prefered start early morning."

"Wasn't organized and lack of strong leadership.But this is why they hired me to fix the problem - and I did."

"Make sure they will hire someone like me in Europe also. So they don't have to face the same problem that occurred over here."
