"it was in a home offiice and it was a creamped space"

"Since employer was going from a small tile company with 2 employees to commercial work that required 18 employees, learn to be the forman not just another worker"

"Sincere and competency is the key requirement. Be able to use different office tools, including computer, postage machine, copy machine, etc."

"My boss never complains. He should got involved sometime for the task I performed. Even though he answered my questions quickly."

"We used Excel only for our accounting and billing and manually write out the checks. It will not hurt to put a financial systems for the management."

"Just be yourself. Be prepared to work long hours and to work every minute of every day Monday - Friday"

"The lack of discipline for Higher up Supervisors. I feel there was a lack of respect shown to lower level employees and it seemed to be an acceptable practice."

"To have more respect for every employee in the company as they all play an important role."
