"Go elsewhere. No body including the owner is happy. You'll most likely never get a raise."

"The owner is a tyrant. No money. Always broke after 20+ years of business."

"Close the doors. Get along with your neighbors. Quit working for free stuff. Work for money."

"The company has folded and another district manager is there."

"I didn't feel like I was challenged intellectually, I didn't like feeling like a receptionist."

"It would have been better to separate the office manager from the receptionist position."

"If you would like to work on a part time basis with low pay this is the company for you. If you want to move up the ladder and look for a promotion this is not the place for you."

"I would have slowed down growth and checked and rechecked the manpower availability and not hired as many friends."

"If you want to work at CDS keep in mind the pay and hours would afford you more of a part time status and working to attain a higher position is not available there."

"Some of my suggestions were heard and someone else took credit. I had a couple of years experience over some of the other employees and even though I was hired to be the office manager I was overlooked when it came to selecting a manager. I felt as though I was spinning my wheels and with my past experiences were not considered. Near the end of my I was fighting my feeling that I was working only for a paycheck. I do not like feeling that way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would not hire as many friends and slower growth to acquire more facilities. Slowing the growth to check and cross check the manpower and cost of growth."

"It was family owned and operated and was a friendly environment most of the time."

"Take your time and make sure you do it right the first time. To fix a mistake is hard with the way management is."
