"My suggestions would to have been to not trying to expand to fast which was the downfall during the housing crunch."

What do you like about working at Shift Calendars?
"We are a family, and work together very well and help each other to get the job done. Even though we are all working a job of at least 2 people, The camaraderie is wonderful."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you like to work, there is plenty of work here. I hope you will find the feeling of camaraderie that I have found."
What don't you like about working at Shift Calendars?
"I believe in positive reinforsement within a company. The productivity increases immensely. Acknowledgement is just as important as something tangible. This company does not appreciate the employees it has. That is the only thing I don't like about working here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to management, adding some positive reinforsement would bring productivity up ten fold. Incentives and even just acknowledgement go a long way. Even without the above, the crew that works here have a great working relationship and work well together."
What do you like about working at Autoneum?
"I enjoyed problem solving and working long hours under constant pressure. It doesn't make much sense to most people but I did enjoy it."

"It isn't a terribly great paying job but it is very easy. If you're looking for a challenge I would look elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at Autoneum?
"Very bureaucratic, If the company streamlined a little, I could have been far more efficient."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would advise a restructuring of the management team, a lot of the time we aren't informed of each other's positions on the business day."

"I like the management part of it. I have a hand in the coodination of all procedures of all departments of the business. I am good at what I do."

"I wouldn't necessarily recommend anyone to work for this company unless they were absolutely desperate for income."

"Too much personal work. Owner unprofessional and rude. Very unpleasant environment."

"There is a way to ask for what you want done. Being rude is not productive for anyone."

"I was advancing very fast. Corporate Secretary and President quickly discovered my potential and I was given many extra tasks and responsabilities. Before company was sold and relocated I was given opportunity to take over Corporate Secretary responsabilities."

"Company relocated to west Michigan, I don't have any whereabouts."

"Business was operating in a very old building, office area and production area were very outdated."

"Listen to employees more attentively, and draw conclusions. Praise good employees and get rid of employees who do not perform."

"I would recommend asking questions in detail about the job you are interviewing for. I would also recommend reviewing the employee handbook in order to get a better understanding of the company and its policies."

"There isn't room for job growth or advancement in this company. The company is lacking in employee relations and benefit packages."

"I would suggest developing an employee benefits package in order to maintain good employee relations and to help keep employees at the company long term."

"The company was a great place to work, caring great bonuses and I gained a lot of years of experience."

"Just be honest and be yourself and work hard"

"I didn't like how some of the employees didn't appreciate any thing the CEO had done for the employees, he was a great boss to work for. He gave a lot and made you feel you had ownership in the company."

"As a manager I was able to create departments and train my way to get things in order with out error"

"It's a very positive atmosphere and very much a team environment."

"Be yourself - it's the best way to know if it's a good fit."
What don't you like about working at West Coast Careers?
"I've been here for 3 months - well past the honeymoon phase - and I'm still as happy as the day I accepted my position. The work load is perfect - enough to keep me busy but not overwhelmed and I work with a really lovely group. I'm 10 minutes from my home - there really isn't anything I don't like about working here."

"I can't think of anything. My bosses are supportive, friendly and just genuinely nice people."

"I don't like the way the owner ran things. He had some shady business practices, and I didn't appreciate him expecting me to conduct certain tasks in an unethical manner."

"My suggestions would be to try and not micromanage to the point of hinderance. Adopt a more ethical way of conducting business."

"Everything - fun place to work. Enjoyed supporting sales with quotes, presentations. Also, enjoyed supporting Branch Manager with any of his needs."

"I would have said go for it - great company with great people."

"The location was too far from home. Took me almost 3 hours one morning to get to work. Atlanta traffic."
