"They love interviewing Berkley and Cornell graduates. It is a corporate architecture firm so anyone interviewing for an architect position should keep that in mind."

"I am in a position where I do not get to write, I am seeking a writing position"

"I think my bosses are very great people, this is just not the industry I would like to be in"

"I enjoy the industry. We are centrally located so we have a lot of business guests who are on the road the majority of the time. Hearing about their travels and learning new things is great."

"Growth opportunity is there, just not typically at the hotel you are working at. Embassy is owned by Hilton and you can transfer from hotel to hotel in order to move up."
What don't you like about working at Embassy Suites?
"In the hospitality industry I think the customers can tell if the people truly enjoy their job. At our hotel we tend to be all work and no play. If you are having a good time at work you tend to get pulled aside and told to calm down."

"Hire more staff for each of the departments. We tend to run at a minimum."

"Invest in proper interview attire, fix your resume, and learn more about the industry you want to enter. Once you enhance the product (you), you can focus directly on the job search and worry less about the little things along the way."
