"As with any start-up, there are hiccups along the way. Many stones seen set in older companies are still being developed and implemented at Ramprate."

"When trying to fill a position, finding a source of knowledge for that position, not necessarily merely finding someone who could fill the position and learn' what they need to implement."

"Brand is a national company with plenty of opportunity. It is in a disorganized state in my opinion however there is potential for the right people to move up the ladder quickly if that is what they are searching of."

"Current Management, constant change of management, change of procedure without notice, low morale"

"Work on organization and procedure. This in turn would help finances & morale for the division"

"not really having enough work to keep me there for at least 8 hours a day 7 days a week."

"The residents were very sweet and fun to be around."

"Nothing really, I enjoyed my work and all of the extra things I was asked to do, such as assisting residents, passing trays, and cleaning wheelchairs...if the residents needed help I was there to help"

"The old school way of management is no longer needed. Kindness and consideration is what works with people not harsh judgement and words"

"There are too many do-overs, which are inefficient. I like to get things done and move on."

"Please be in agreement among yourselves before issuing direction. Kindly bear in mind that support staff wants to make your lives easier."

"Truthfully, the simple fact that this office is in Houston, and I am relocating to Los Angeles."

"Now that I am the office manager, I have been implementing some new ideas which seem to have increased productivity and efficiency."

"I would advise people that interview for this company to just be honest, and professional. Dress good, and bring a portfolio."

"The new division that I helped launch used a lot of table saws, and it created a lot of dust. I disliked all the dust in the air."

"My suggestions to my management with my old employer would be to create a more disciplined production floor, in regards to machine up time. Example: Keeping 10 minute breaks to 10 minutes not 15. Focus more on keeping machines loaded and running more consistently."

"No tips, as new owner closed business after 6 short months of becoming owner."

"Owner decided to build more homes and sold this company. I stayed and new owner did not have experience in running a company."

"Owner sold company; new owner closed business after 6 months of no experience running a company."

"Upper Management changes. Every two years a new team was brought in."

"Office location is close to home, firendly atmosphere, competitive salary"

"Definately interview for potential position, but keep all options open."
What don't you like about working at gkkworks?
"Office location may potentially close in which case I'd have to deal with a long commute. Not to encouraging at all. Hours were recently cut back as there are no projects. Doesn't seem to be much push to get more work for this office location."

"Encourage more training of newer employees on computer related information. Encourage more team coordination. Encourage better communication between all office locations."
